The service

Best Man Builder provides public wedding speech guidance and a signed-in product for planning, drafting, editing, and rehearsing best man speeches. The service may include guided prompts, AI-generated drafts, saved speech projects, credit-based generation, and cue cards.

The service is intended for personal speech preparation. It is not legal, professional, counselling, event planning, or reputation management advice.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account secure, using an email address you control, and making sure information you provide is accurate enough for the service to work. Credits, saved projects, and payment records are tied to the signed-in account used at checkout.

You must not share access in a way that abuses the service, bypasses payment, compromises security, or allows another person to misuse your account.

Generated speech review

Best Man Builder may generate draft wording based on your prompts and project details. Generated speeches can be inaccurate, unsuitable, repetitive, or too generic. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving anything before you say it at a wedding or share it with others.

You should check names, relationships, facts, jokes, sensitive references, tone, timing, and cultural or family context. Do not rely on generated output as a final speech without your own judgement.

Acceptable use

You must not use Best Man Builder to create or distribute unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, sexually explicit, defamatory, deceptive, or privacy-invading content. You must not enter content that you do not have the right to use or that would expose private information without permission.

You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass authentication or payment systems, scrape private areas, reverse engineer protected systems, overload infrastructure, or use the service for spam, fraud, malware, or other harmful activity.

Credits, payments, and refunds

Some features may require paid credits. Payments are processed by Stripe, and prices, packages, taxes, and availability may change over time. Credits are applied to the account used during checkout and may be consumed when generating or using paid product features.

Except where required by law or expressly stated during checkout, purchases are not guaranteed to be refundable after credits are delivered or used. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact support@bestmanbuilder.com with the account email and payment details.

Content ownership and licence

You keep ownership of the original stories, notes, and speech content you provide, subject to any rights held by other people. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to submit and use that content.

You give Best Man Builder the limited licence needed to host, process, transmit, display, save, and transform your content for operating the service, generating drafts, providing cue cards, supporting your account, securing the product, and complying with the law.

Service availability and changes

Best Man Builder may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We try to keep the product useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, or that every feature will remain available.

You should keep your own copy of any speech you plan to use at a wedding. Do not rely on the service as the only place where your final speech is stored.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that a generated speech will be accurate, original, appropriate for every audience, free from errors, or suitable for a specific wedding, culture, family situation, or venue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Best Man Builder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions you make based on generated or public guidance content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for other users or the product, fail to pay amounts due, or where required for security or legal reasons.

You may stop using the service at any time. You can request account or project deletion by contacting support@bestmanbuilder.com, subject to legal, payment, security, and backup retention requirements described in the Privacy Policy.
